Job description

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations within a designated geographic territory. This role involves identifying opportunities, presenting product solutions, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.

This position offers flexibility in location, as the individual can be based anywhere in the U.S. However, candidates located in or within territory are preferred for optimal collaboration and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve sales goals and market growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFO, RCM leadership.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for hospital personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback and insights.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and hospital purchasing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
