Learning A-Z leverages thoughtful investment in paid media channels to help connect target customer wants and needs to our products and solutions in ways that serve our company’s values and purpose. As our Campaign Manager of Paid Media, you will develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies and tactics across various digital platforms to deliver performance on our most important marketing goals. Your primary goal will be to optimize a robust budget that delivers ROI through targeted traffic, demand generation, and eCommerce revenues. As part of our growth and demand generation team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure seamless execution.
This position will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Learning A-Z’s e-commerce platform to drive online sales, enhance user experience, and improve conversion rates. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Learning A-Z’s e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and an excellent user experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance online sales, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and user journey enhancements.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and lead generation teams to execute paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to optimize website navigation, checkout processes, and overall design.
- Ensure e-commerce site performance, security, and compliance with best practices and industry standards.
- Uniquely own SEM and paid advertising media strategy and tactics that optimize traffic to company websites and ROI.
- Responsible for e-commerce revenue for the single license and small purchases on learninga-z.com.
- Create and execute paid advertising strategies aligning with overall marketing goals and priorities, including web store purchases, product trials, and lead generation form fills.
- Design, implement, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Work collaboratively with campaign and product marketing teams to optimize the implementation of paid media strategy within the context of the overarching campaign strategy.
- Work closely with marketing creative services to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences while adhering to brand and message guidelines.
- Leverages tools to conduct multivariate tests to evaluate ad performance and implement changes based on data-driven insights.
- Manage vendor and agency partnerships to deliver results within acceptable performance criteria and budget for ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform e-commerce and paid advertising strategies.
- Present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders and make recommendations for future initiatives.
- Work closely with digital marketing services to recommend website improvements to improve traffic conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a robust digital advertising budget
- 2+ years of experience managing a multi-million dollar, high-volume, multi-product e-commerce channel
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of website analytics and SEO/SEM strategies
- Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, website analytics, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proven organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Passion for education technology and a commitment to improving student learning outcomes.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and modern paid digital advertising platforms.
- Solid analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience reporting on KPIs/ROI to senior leadership.
- Motivated self-starter is equally comfortable working within a team atmosphere and taking charge of projects.
