Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the delivery of innovative, value-adding analysis and insights across multiple campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional, actionable insights based on complex analytics that guide and enhance strategic account management.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders across various campaigns, ensuring coordination and alignment on project goals.
  • Presenting analytical outputs to both internal and external clients, offering strategic recommendations rooted in data analysis.
  • Supporting the implementation of analytical recommendations by collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
  • Working closely with Business Intelligence (BI) and Solutions Teams to design and effectively monitor opportunities by tracking advisor and customer behaviours.
  • Proactively identifying and analysing trends, KPIs, and root cause analyses to uncover opportunities that improve cost efficiency and revenue generation.
     

What You’ll Need

  • Advanced numeracy and analytical abilities, complemented by exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience with advanced Excel functionalities and a robust capability in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI.,DOMO).
  • Expertise in simplifying complex analytics for diverse stakeholders and presenting findings persuasively.
  • Strong customer management experience, with a preference for those skilled in handling unstructured data (speech, text, and web data).
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations that align with strategic insights.
