What you can expect

Zoom is hiring a Head of Americas Field Marketing to lead field and account-based marketing for its UpMarket sales teams. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across the Americas. Ideal candidates are strategic, data-driven, and thrive in diverse environments. This role, reporting to the Head of Americas Marketing, will collaborate with sales, campaigns, BDRs, and channel teams to drive alignment and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive field marketing strategy aligned with sales and revenue objectives

  • Leading a high-performing team to drive impactful engagements that convert into pipeline and revenue

  • Building integrated marketing plans with cross-functional teams to engage buyers throughout their journey

  • Partnering with sales, BDRs, and channel teams to deliver marketing initiatives that meet pipeline targets

  • Establishing and analyzing KPIs to continually optimize field marketing performance and ROI

  • Managing budgets, campaigns, and communications to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • Have 10 years of senior-level field marketing experience in the software and technology sectors.

  • Lead and manage high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and ownership.

  • Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans aligned with business goals.

  • Market effectively to corporate IT functions within enterprise organizations.

  • Apply project management, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Build collaborative, trust-based relationships with peers, sales teams, partners, and customers.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$150 800,00

Maximum:

$329 900,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
