About the Role:

Under the supervision of the Senior Program Manager, the Data Analyst will serve as a member of a team responsible for building critical financial products and tools that ensure the accuracy and completeness of company financial data. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval. 

You Will:

  • Analyze and detect data discrepancies, reducing losses, improving customer experience, and delivering business insight.

  • Conduct extensive analysis and management of reconciliation data.

  • Apply statistical and programming skills to convert raw data into insights that enhance reporting, dashboards, and metrics that drive and optimize operations and product actions.

  • Create and maintain reports, ad hoc reporting, visualizations, and tools.

  • Develop key insights for almost all teams at the organization including leadership.

  • Identify opportunities for automation of reporting and business processes; and support associated solution design and implementation of tools & technology. 

You Have:

  • Position requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

  • 2 years of experience with creating data-driven Tableau and Power BI reports;

  • 2 years of experience with analyzing large volumes of data;

  • 2 years of experience with requirements gathering from stakeholders, engaging in task management, and delivering end-to-end solutions to customers;

  • 2 years of experience with building reports and data models;

  • 2 years of experience with creating and maintaining reports, ad hoc reporting, visualizations and tools;

  • 2 years of experience with converting raw data into insights to enhance reporting, dashboards, and metrics that drive and optimize operations and product actions; and

  • 2 years of experience with Agile, Azure, CSS, C#, HTML, JavaScript, JIRA, PL/SQL, Redshift, Periscope, Python, S3, Scrum, SQL Server, Tableau, and T-SQL. 

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $112,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
