Our client is a rapidly growing company that offers outsourced marketing services, with a strong focus on providing tailored solutions for clients in the legal space. They specialize in a variety of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media content, and web design. With a focus on helping clients generate leads and appointments, the company is looking for a Cold Caller to join their team and help grow their business by cold calling and securing valuable appointments.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
The Cold Caller will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and booking appointments with key decision-makers, particularly in the legal industry. The role is focused on reaching out to prospects, overcoming objections, and ensuring that appointments are booked and attended. You will be working closely with the sales team and will need to demonstrate persistence, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, primarily in the legal industry, and qualify leads
Schedule appointments and ensure that leads show up for their meetings
Overcome objections and handle gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
Maintain and update lead data in the company’s CRM system (GoHighLevel)
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment booking to the sales process
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas and appointment-setting goals
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication until the appointment is confirmed
Must Have:
1+ year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably with a focus on appointment setting
Native-level English proficiency with strong verbal communication skills
Experience working with CRMs (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus)
Ability to handle objections and pass the "doorman" to reach decision-makers
High level of persistence and motivation to achieve targets and goals
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a steady pipeline of leads
Nice to Have:
Experience in the legal industry or working with law firms
Previous experience using lead-generation tools such as ZoomInfo or Cognizant
Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices and tools
