Senior Data Analyst - VCSP

Experience: 8+ Years in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments 

Education: Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 

Overview: 

  • This role is focused on supporting our Virtual Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) business. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency within our VCSP environment. Your expertise in MSP will be essential in managing internal stakeholder relationships and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance decision making. 
  • Responsibilities: 
  • Establish core standard reports, data sets, and metrics for global use. 
  • Create dashboards to support business decision-making. 
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to guide business improvements. 
  • Supply materials for QBRs, Summits, and All Hands meetings. 
  • Standardize existing reporting and knowledge base. 
  • Reconcile data differences and add data sources. 
  • Develop processes to meet strategic goals. 
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources. 
  • Present findings to stakeholders. 
  • Continuously improve business processes. 

Qualifications: 

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Clik). 
  • Data wrangling / ETL and data analysis. 
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • Technical writing and project management experience. 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. 
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence). 
  • Proven MSP experience, managing client relationships and delivering data-driven solutions.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$113,000$161,400 USD
