Summary:

We need a senior level manual tester who will communicate with managers and be highly productive. Focus area will be the client's Connected Medicine space.

Responsibilities:

Work will include exploratory as well as scripted testing, working with the client's subject matter experts and product owners for guidance
Need to provide quick feedback to ensure rapid escalation and updating to avoid delays to deployment timeline
Understanding of pharma terminology will be very beneficial to ensure communication is quick and well understood
Develop and execute test cases and scripts based on business and system requirements and design documentation
Identify, record, and track defects to resolution
Conduct regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, and stress testing as needed
Document and communicate test results and provide feedback to IT Team and business stakeholders as needed

Qualifications:

10+ years of project management experience

Superior verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently while resourcefully seeking answers and removing obstacles
Remains accountable and consistently meets deadlines
Ability to prioritize and be detail oriented
Ability to creatively solve problems and display strong critical thinking skills
Experience working in an Agile development environment preferred
Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
Operates with a sense of urgency and uses sound judgement to escalate issues or develops options to work around roadblocks vs. waiting for direction
Candidate needs to have very strong interpersonal skills. They need to be energetic, upbeat, a good listener, confident, approachable and flexible.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Pharma experience is a plus
Regulated industry experience is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$60—$63 USD
