Marriage and Family Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time Opportunity in Lodi, California

We are a modern, telehealth-focused mental health practice dedicated to making high-quality therapy accessible across California. We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about virtual care and eager to support individuals, couples, and families through remote therapy. If you're tech-savvy, self-motivated, and seeking a meaningful role with a flexible schedule, we want to hear from you.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychotherapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
  • Perform intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation using EHR systems
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when needed
  • Stay up to date with licensure and CE requirements

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in California (required)
  • Experience providing therapy in a virtual setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Access to a private, professional workspace and reliable internet
  • Must reside in California or be familiar with CA-specific laws and client needs
