We invite a Senior PMO Manager to join Dev.Pro and lead strategic initiatives aimed at scaling project management excellence across the company. You’ll drive business growth by elevating project, program, and portfolio management practices, supporting key accounts, and delivering high-impact PMO services. You’ll take ownership of specific PMO areas, developing them in ways that create real value for Dev.Pro and strengthen our long-term capabilities.

✅ Is that you?

  • 6+ years in IT Project/Program/Delivery Management
  • Proven success in independently delivering 2+ projects end-to-end
  • Expertise in agile and predictive project lifecycles
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop recommendations, and execute/support data-driven solutions
  • Deep knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Experience in Change and Process Management
  • Pre-sales experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Adaptability and leadership in driving change within dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Strong business acumen to align PMO practices and delivery with business and client goals
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Proven leadership in mentoring teams, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement and learning through feedback

Desirable:

  • PMI certifications
  • Understanding of maturity models

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll lead and shape Dev.Pro’s key project management initiatives, driving alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

  • Develop and implement company-wide project management and cross-functional practices, processes, and tools
  • Deliver PMO services to delivery and operations teams, driving efficiency and alignment
  • Lead company-wide PM initiatives and drive execution of the PMO roadmap with clear targets and outcomes
  • Enhance maturity and capabilities within assigned PMO areas and manage the full lifecycle of initiatives across Dev.Pro
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective project delivery and seamless team cooperation
  • Build strong relationships with PMO stakeholders and foster engagement through transparency and support
  • Conduct interviews, internal project assessments, and training for project managers and scrum masters
