What's important to us:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate sales in iGaming

  • Experience with grey/black traffic schemes

  • Presence of your own network or base of active partners

  • Deep understanding of unit economics of affiliate marketing

  • Knowledge of tools: CRM, BI, Telegram bots, etc.

  • At least Intermediate English level

What you'll do:

Channel strategy and development:

  • Development and implementation of affiliate growth strategy in particular GEO

  • Analysis of competitive programs and offering unique offers

  • Work with payout models and control of unit economics

Working with affiliates:

  • Searching and attracting new partners: teams, webmasters, networks

  • Conducting negotiations, presentations, concluding individual terms

  • Retaining and scaling current key partners

  • Participation in conferences (iGB, SIGMA, CPA Life, MAC, etc.)

  • Control of payments, incentive schemes, promotions and bonuses

Analytics and control:

  • Performance analysis: FTD, CR, ARPU, ROI, CAC

  • Working with BI and performance reporting

  • Fraud monitoring and compliance

  • Integration of tracking systems: Affise, Everflow, Income Access, HasOffers, etc.

  • Working with Postback, S2S, API

Team management:

  • Recruitment and management of affiliate managers (as we scale)

  • Setting up internal processes, onboarding, training

  • KPI planning and control
