We are an independent investment and insurance advisory firm offering customized wealth management, investment consulting, and insurance solutions to high-net-worth families, executives, and business owners. Our experienced professionals collaborate with clients and their advisors to deliver tailored strategies using advanced planning techniques and financial products. We are committed to long-term relationships built on trust and client-first solutions.

We are looking for an Insurance Client Service who is a strong communicator to effectively coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to support our insurance advisors in preparing annual policy review packages. This role involves gathering and verifying policy data, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance documentation is properly submitted. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast-growing organization.

  • Develop and support a monthly report of clients scheduled for a review package. Coordinate with Insurance Advisors to decide priorities for the upcoming month.
  • Contact insurance carriers via email and phone, for up-to-date policy values, policy illustrations and other information needed to complete the current review.
  • Using excel-based templates, prepare and quality-check each review package, before sending it to the insurance advisor for final approval.
  • Coordinate client communication of the final review package, at the direction of the Insurance Advisor.
  • Maintain correct and up-to-date policy information, revising existing data as appropriate, with information obtained during the review data-gathering process.
  • Track each review status, through completion, and advance database for the next scheduled review date.
  • Provide our Broker-Dealer compliance team with a copy of relevant policy reviews and corresponding back-up data, following existing B-D processes.
  • Participate in weekly Insurance Team activities meetings, updating the team on client review status, as appropriate.
  • Establish a positive working relationship with co-workers, as well as outside insurance carrier client service representatives.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all customer and company information.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all company rules and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferably with Life Insurance industry experience

  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS365 environment).
  • 3-5 years experience working in a professional business environment.
  • Detail‐oriented and professional.
  • Ability to learn new software applications, potentially learning carrier illustration software.
