3 years of strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) skills.
3 years of experience with frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js, or Svelte.
3 years of familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and SASS/SCSS.
3 years of proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
3 years of ability to turn concepts into interactive wireframes and prototypes.
3 years of experience using Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
3 years of understanding of WCAG guidelines and how to build accessible interfaces.
3 years of familiarity with front-end performance tuning and optimization best practices.
3 years of familiarity with Hotjar, Google Analytics, or session recording tools.
3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and product managers, in agile/scrum environments and design sprints.
