Job description

Role: Salesforce developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time

Configuration -
1. Establishing basic sales and service processes.
2. Enabling automated process through lightning flows, assignment rules, escalation rules, outbound messaging.
3. Configuring User management.
4. Familiar with subjects, standard and custom objects and processes associated with them eg- validation rules, record types, page layouts, quick actions.
5. Configuring email communication between sales/service agents with end users.
6. Enabling and establishing data sharing and security models using organization wide defaults, role hierarchies.
7. Familiar with deployment activities involving changeset/antscript/autorabit/copado/jenkins etc.

Customization -
1. Logical implementation of business-critical functionalities through Apex programming including triggers, classes, batch apex. Handling asynchronous process without impacting business functionalities.
2. Handling inbound and outbound callouts, to and from salesforce, through secured authorized integration mechanisms involving customized Rest and Soap callouts.
3. Familiar with data operations using dml statements. Identifying proper scope of data using soql and sosl queries.
4. Establishing customization abiding by the Governor Limits.

Lighting -
1. Familiar with lightning version of salesforce involving creation of lightning record pages through Lightning App Builder, automating processes through Lightning flows.
2. Creation of customized lightning components using Aura/Lwc framework.
3. Handling server-side callouts from client side through Aura/Lwc with Apex.
4. Establishing client-side component to component interactions involving lightning events.
5. Familiar with lighting migration activities.
6. Establishing device friendly user interface through salesforce lightning design system.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage day to day development activities on the salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visualforce, triggers, Lightning development and integrations
• Support the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery.
• Configure the Salesforce.com application based on the business requirements.
• Develop custom applications using apex, visual force, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS
• Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications.
• Develop estimates for projects
• Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers.
• Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis
