Job description

This is a remote position.

Part-time (20 hours a week minimum)
Flexible Mon - Fri  2pm - 6pm EST preferred 
Job Overview:
The Lead Research Specialist plays a key role in sourcing and qualifying potential clients to support the sales team. This position focuses on non-voice interactions and involves using various research tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of leads.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online and offline methods

  • Maintain and update accurate lead data within the CRM system

  • Execute direct email marketing campaigns to engage prospects

  • Qualify leads based on interest, relevance, and fit for the company’s services

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities

  • Design and implement client or market surveys to gather lead insights

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

  • Monitor lead generation performance and report actionable insights

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B or B2C lead generation or a similar role

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and relevant lead generation software
