Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through online and offline methods
Maintain and update accurate lead data within the CRM system
Execute direct email marketing campaigns to engage prospects
Qualify leads based on interest, relevance, and fit for the company’s services
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities
Design and implement client or market surveys to gather lead insights
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Monitor lead generation performance and report actionable insights
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in B2B or B2C lead generation or a similar role
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and relevant lead generation software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with lead generation best practices and industry standards
