Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Remote Bookkeeper to manage the financial operations across multiple business entities within our client’s healthcare enterprise.   • Implement efficient systems for transaction categorization and documentation

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven bookkeeping experience
  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
  • QuickBooks Online certification or demonstrated proficiency
  • Experience managing books for multiple business entities
  • Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with secure file sharing and collaboration tools
