This is a remote position.

Schedule:Monday - Friday anytime between 8 am - 12 pm Indianapolis, IN time

  • 10 hours/week, 2 hours per day Monday-Friday

Job Description

Take ownership of an exciting lead generation role where you’ll leverage LinkedIn’s premium tools to build meaningful connections with decision-makers. This position offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and creative communication, as you’ll craft engaging outreach campaigns that stand out from traditional sales approaches. You’ll work directly with leadership to develop and execute innovative strategies, managing the full cycle from prospect identification to appointment setting. Responsibilities
  • Design and execute strategic LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator to connect with ideal prospects
  • Craft personalized, engaging messages that reflect our client’s unique brand voice while building authentic relationships
  • Research and identify high-potential prospects, creating targeted prospect lists
  • Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate in-person meetings with qualified leads
  • Monitor and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator credit usage for maximum impact
  • Track lead generation metrics and maintain detailed records of prospect engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging strategy and approval processes
  • Handle initial prospect communications with a perfect balance of professionalism and personality
  • Coordinate smooth conversation transitions to leadership when prospects are ready to engage further
  • Support the achievement of monthly qualified lead targets through systematic outreach efforts
Requirements
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation strategies
  • Exceptional creative writing abilities with a talent for crafting engaging, personalized messages
  • Marketing or copywriting background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent brand voice across communications
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in calendar management
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent follow-through capabilities
