Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; within the client business hours (Calgary Alberta Time)

What You’ll Do:

Host virtual reveal and ordering appointments with clients via Zoom
Use our viewing software to showcase client images and guide them through selecting their favorite photos
Educate clients on product options (albums, wall art, prints, digital files, etc.) and assist them in creating custom orders
Provide a polished, professional, and supportive experience that matches our brand values
Follow up with clients as needed to finalize orders or answer additional questions
Maintain accurate sales tracking and client notes

Requirements

An excellent communicator who listens well and knows how to lead a conversation with empathy and clarity
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills
Experienced in sales, especially in high-touch or service-based industries (experience in photography or luxury goods is a bonus!)
Confident using Zoom and capable of learning specific software for image reveals and ordering
Equipped with a reliable computer and high-speed internet
Flexible in your availability — some evenings, weekends, and daytime hours (MST) are required
