Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Perth, Australia)
Total Weekly Hours: 30 hours


Join a growing international language education center focused on teaching French, Spanish, and Italian. The center provides a multicultural learning environment with small class sizes and uses modern technology to enhance learning. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing student enrollments, coordinating course schedules, and communicating with students. This position combines administrative tasks with student engagement, giving you the chance to directly impact students’ success while supporting the center’s mission. There is potential for growth and increased responsibilities in this role.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full student enrollment cycle using modern platforms and systems.

  • Create and maintain organized student databases, ensuring accurate categorization by language preference.

  • Coordinate with teaching staff regarding course confirmations and scheduling.

  • Craft and send targeted communications to different language groups using the Brevo platform.

  • Monitor course registrations and maintain minimum enrollment thresholds.

  • Schedule and coordinate new course offerings based on facility availability.

  • Provide responsive email support to student inquiries.

  • Execute strategic communication campaigns for course retention and enrollment.

  • Support the center’s growth through efficient administrative processes.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining student engagement initiatives.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms (Brevo, MailChimp, or similar tools).

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Professional communication skills with a customer service mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Experience with database management, Excel, and data entry.

  • Comfort with modern technology and willingness to learn new systems.

  • Interest in language education and multicultural environments.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of educational administration (preferred).
