Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team! This is a critical individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Global Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, project management, and IT infrastructure projects, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will focus on leading the program management for the supply chain phase 3 stand-up and take on additional strategic and supply chain projects to support the company’s growth and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the execution of the Phase 3 supply chain project, a company-wide initiative to implement a new IT infrastructure, including an ERP system and boundary applications.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal supply chain teams, cross-functional departments, and external stakeholders (manufacturing partners, 3PLs) to ensure project requirements are captured, IT needs are addressed, and processes are documented and aligned across all teams.
Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones, including the implementation of IT infrastructure, while maintaining alignment with business goals and operational independence from parent company Intel.
Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates and escalate any issues or delays to senior leadership when needed.
Lead and contribute to other high-priority strategic and supply chain projects aimed at driving operational improvements, scalability, and efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams and leadership to identify and execute on supply chain initiatives that align with business goals and long-term strategy.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for strategic initiatives, ensuring that each project supports the company’s vision for growth and operational excellence.
Salary Range
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor within the US market. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on program and project management.
Proven experience managing large-scale supply chain projects, particularly those involving IT infrastructure implementations (ERP systems, boundary applications).
Significant experience working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure project success.
Strong familiarity with supply chain processes, external manufacturing partnerships, 3PLs, and ERP systems.
Skills:
Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver results within tight timelines.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions proactively.
Experience working with senior leadership and presenting project updates and status reports.

Experience:
Experience in managing supply chain projects in a high-tech or manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to large-scale IT infrastructure changes.
Skills:
Familiarity with IT systems implementations and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) in a supply chain context and related tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, Windchill, etc.)
Expertise in change management and process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of supply chain KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.
