About the Role:

This position requires someone with expertise in the Xactly Incent tool with knowledge of the Sales Compensation industry. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and developing solutions for a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with Xactly Incent developing plans, formulas, rules, etc. A solid understanding of capturing real-world business requirements, and translating them into solutions is also needed. The successful candidate will also have good communication skills and be able to articulate solutions to cross functional teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the incentive compensation process area including architectural decisions, system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts.

  • Maintain, configure the Incentive Compensation System (Xactly) and support the day to day operation and use of Xactly, providing training, data management, ongoing support, solving problems and developing the system to support business strategies.

  • Act as Solution architect for Xactly application, leading solution design, and support CrowdStrike’s Xactly instance.

  • Analyze complex business problems relating to systems and/or processes. Develop and assist business partners with developing requirements, identifying gaps and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements for process solutions using Xactly and other relevant business applications.

  • Develop technical solutions to requirements/issues; validate and communicate solutions to internal and external team members, test solutions and ensure it meets specifications.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience working with Xactly Incent

  • Solid understanding of global incentive compensation processes

  • SaaS industry experience

  • Highly proactive with a proven track record of owning and delivering finance application projects

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities

  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement

  • Understanding of SOX protocols

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
