Technical Recruiter (Mid–Senior Level)

Full Time | Remote

Appfigures is looking for an experienced technical recruiter to help us find and hire exceptional people. In this role you'll get to own the entire hiring process — from sourcing to closing — and help us grow our world-class team of developers and product thinkers.

Hiring the right people is one of the most important ways we grow at Appfigures. In this role, you'll work directly with the CEO and team leads to shape our hiring strategy and obsess over finding the right talent to help us move faster and smarter.

What you'll do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles—engineering, product, and potentially others
  • Start by hiring frontend and backend engineers with experience in technologies like React JS and C#, with additional technical roles to follow.
  • Proactively source candidates using creative outreach strategies (not just waiting for applicants)
  • Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS and ensure a high-quality experience for every applicant
  • Conduct initial screens and guide candidates through the interview process
  • Provide feedback and guidance to interviewers to improve process and consistency
  • Help shape our employer brand by contributing to job descriptions, outreach messages, and content
  • Track and report on hiring metrics to help us move fast and stay focused

  • A strong understanding of the engineering hiring landscape and how to evaluate technical talent
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruiting strategy and execution
  • Strong communication and organizational skills—you keep processes moving and stakeholders aligned
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
  • Someone who can move quickly without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
