The Catalyst Team is looking for a BI Engineer to join our team as a full-time employee, with strong experience in Power BI to develop, enhance, and maintain interactive reports that support strategic decision-making.

This role requires close collaboration with business users to understand their processes and data needs, and to deliver customized Business Intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Power BI Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder.

• Create efficient and scalable datasets, primarily from Snowflake, for use in Power BI reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements.

• Implement data transformations, DAX calculations, and effective visualizations based on client needs.

2. Client Support and Engagement

• Build strong relationships with business users to understand their processes, goals, and data requirements.

• Propose and develop customized BI solutions to address business challenges and improve decision-making.

• Provide real-time support and respond to urgent client needs, ensuring fast and accurate solution delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Power BI development.

• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, DAX, and data transformation techniques.

• Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.

• Ability to interact with business users and translate requirements into effective BI solutions.

• Intermediate or advanced English level (preferred for global team collaboration).
