Pre-sales Consultant

Job Description

As the CRM Pre-sales Consultant, you will serve as a vital link between potential customers and our sales team, helping to shape strategies and solutions that address client needs. You will analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer data to contribute effectively to our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research:
    • Analyze the customer base using historical data, surveys, testimonials, and reviews to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strengths, and weaknesses to help position our CRM solutions effectively.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business drivers.
    • Conduct discovery calls and lead qualification to gather in-depth insights on prospects’ business goals and challenges.
  • Solution Development:
    • Present tailored CRM solutions that address customer pain points and enhance their business processes.
    • Assist in crafting high-quality RFPs and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Collaboration and Implementation:
    • Work closely with the solutioning, marketing, and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless implementation of CRM solutions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through continuous support and follow-ups post-implementation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CRM Pre-sales Consultant or a similar role, preferably in Salesforce or other industry-leading CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of CRM landscapes across various industries, including but not limited to Contact Center, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.
