COMPENSATION:The pay rate for this job is $22.00 per hour.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Execute the support necessary to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment and provide a high level of customer service for Field Sales Pros. Provide guidance to teammates with daily questions and issues, while encouraging a positive work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Still perform all necessary functions that a Sales Support Rep provides daily.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency of SAP.
  • Strong outgoing personality with a passion for helping teammates.
  • Assist in training and staff development.
  • Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, TEAMS, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Respond to questions from teammates to provide solutions and resolve issues.
  • Communicate team status and team issues to management as necessary.
  • Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities for teammates.
  • Hold quarterly Team meetings, or when necessary, for communication to celebrate team victories, discuss issues, and/or get suggestions from teammates.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office applications.
  • Understanding of Sales Support Rep roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to solve problems and make decisions with confidence.
  • Motivate and inspire teammates.
  • Think like an owner and use critical/strategic thinking when making decisions.
  • Lead by example, adaptability in changes, and keeping a positive mindset.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year in Sales Support Rep role
