Job description

You have a career. Now live your life, too.

At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care - Pacific Northwest we specialize in general anesthesia for pediatric dental patients and an excellent quality of life for our anesthesiologists.

Our patients are healthy, office-based, pediatric dental patients (ASA 1). Cases have short sedation and recovery times. If you are willing to perform both general anesthesia and oral surgery procedures for patients up to 20 years old - this job is for you! Our dentists start early, which allows most days to wrap up by 1 or 2pm. This gives our anesthesiologists the opportunity to be present at their kids after school activities, make their own doctor appointments, or just enjoy the great outdoors.

AAC-PNW offers a lifestyle job at hospital-based compensation. Pediatric certification is not required. Employment and compensation options include:

  • Flexible schedules – you pick the number of days and weeks you want to work each year
  • 1099 options – minimum daily rates with incentives
  • W2 packages – covered malpractice, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, CME/auto allowances, 6 weeks PTO and 7 holidays
  • Stay close to home – we schedule you at only one office per day, within 60 minutes from your home
  • Sign-on bonuses, including additional incentives for anesthesiologists with an existing OR or WA license
  • Additional incentives for anesthesiologist and dental office referrals
  • Competitive salaries – upwards of $550K for full-time work, including retention bonus

If you are looking to be more than a number, be more engaged with patient care, and return to being part of the solution for the future of healthcare in targeting the Quadruple Aim, AAC-PNW IS your new work home!
