PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :
Traiter les inscriptions aux programmes reçues par télécopieur, par courriel et par téléphone sur une base quotidienne;
Assurer des mises à jour rapides à la base de données de programmes sur une base continue;
Maintenir des communications efficaces avec de multiples clients externes et internes;
Tenir des registres électroniques exacts des renseignements concernant les inscriptions de patients et de programmes, les données des patients, les alertes de laboratoire, et les demandes d’informations complémentaires;
Communiquer avec les clients internes et externes au besoin;
D’autres fonctions et tâches seront confiées à l’associé(e) en gestion des risques selon les besoins.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process program registrations received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis;
Ensure prompt updates to program database on an ongoing basis;
Maintain effective communications with multiple external and internal customers;
Maintain accurate electronic records of information regarding patient and program registrations, patient data, laboratory alerts, and requests for further information; and
Communicate with internal and external clients as deemed necessary.
The Risk Management Associate will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required.
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de service à la clientèle/d’entrée de données dans un bureau;
Expérience de travail dans l’industrie pharmaceutique/biotechnologique ou dans des industries liées à la santé constitue un atout;
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe;
Orientation client proactive;
Bilinguisme: Français et anglais constitue est requis.
Le candidat retenu pourrait avoir des contacts quotidiens avec des clients, des patients ou des pairs unilingues anglophones d'équipes interfonctionnelles
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / data entry role, in an office setting
Working experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries is an asset
College diploma or University degree in a related field;
Proactive customer focus
Bilingualism: French and English is required
The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
