The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The RTX Enterprise Services Organization is seeking to fill a leadership role responsible for Foundational Applications Labor Team supporting a Finance and Manufacturing SAP instance. The areas of responsibility include; Timekeeping & Payroll Processing. This position leads RTX Digital Technology professionals who maintain and enhance APEX/PRISM-(SAP) according to the IT Life Cycle phases and requirements. The team provides high quality application services to both domestic and international users across the globe.

What You Will Do:

The candidate is anticipated to bring a high level of experience along with an energetic approach.  The ability to attain and manage with an advanced understanding of SAP Labor-(HR) configuration is strongly desired, along with a thorough understanding of financial processes and how they interact across other SAP modules such as Finance. (FI), Project Systems (PS) and Controlling (CO). The candidate will interact with a broad multi-disciplined customer base in support of providing system modification requirements and system oriented functional & Technical specifications to drive timely and reliable results.  The candidate will support business processes and system requirements across multiple SAP functions to ensure customer needs are satisfied and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.  In addition, the candidate will manage the team to always perform in a compliant manner including Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Sarbanes/Oxley (ICE).

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent, relevant experience 10+ years supporting financial software applications

  • Experience with the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize.

  • Demonstrated solutions design expertise in financial areas and knowledge of Labor activities

  • PRISM and APEX SAP knowledge across FI, CO, MM, SD and HR modules with GAAP familiarity/Sarbanes Oxley compliance familiarity

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Defense Industry accounting / system experience and Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations

  • Functional time entry and payroll accounting experience

  • Global SAP deployment/implementation experience

  • Experience with ES Digital Technology Toolset and PI Planning: SAFe, JIRA and CHARM

  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
