Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Alliance Partner Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning and executing the partner strategy by building and delivering analytics, reporting, and creating and defining processes. You will take ownership of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and portal while helping to operate the Tech Alliances workflows.


You will collaborate closely with the Field Operations team, Global BD, Global Field Sales, and Product Management to execute the Partner Ecosystem Strategy as well as help drive program functions for GTM Partners across the entire partner lifecycle.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker residing in the United States or Canada.


What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day partner operations and partner performance metrics for the Technology Alliances function.
  • Own the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) toolset and partner portal, working with vendors and key internal stakeholders. Continuously improve the partner portal to drive value for users, partners, and the community.
  • Maintain and update SFDC in order to properly support and report on the Technical Alliances Program business
  • Co-develop Technical Alliances Program including business processes, integrations and tooling to support operationalizing the benefits, requirements, marketing, enablement and sales functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Enablement) to assist in alliances
  • Work with the Cloud Alliances team on cloud marketplaces, including deal forecasting and deal registration for AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces
  • Optimize deal registration processes with the various cloud and integration partners
  • Monitor, analyze, and report out performance and use insights to form decisions. Track and measure success of programs through goals around partner adoption, engagement, marketing activities, external industry awareness, and input from internal stakeholders
  • Drive operational efficiency by continually refining Partner Operations processes


What You Bring:

  • B.S. or equivalent educational background is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in channel and alliance partner sales operations
  • 4+ years of experience with strategy development, partnership management, or business development in the technology industry
  • 4+ years working with Salesforce.com, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity
  • 2+ years working with public cloud provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP), managing transactions and deal flow, including sales quotes, deal forecasting, and deal interactions.
  • Experience with Tackle.io, AWS, GCP, and Azure portals is a plus
  • Experience with PRM tools (both vendor and partner sides) such as Allbound, Crossbeam
  • In-depth experience with SFDC, including proficiency in custom report types, filters, formula fields, dynamic dashboards, and dashboard filters
  • Experience with other GTM operations areas like marketing and customer success
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery models
  • Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
  • Flexible and pragmatic mindset with the ability to think quickly in fast-paced, changing environments, often with minimal supervision
  • Resourceful and comfortable working through ambiguity
