Responsibilities
Knowledge of Medicare/insurance reimbursement issues and regulations to include coverage criteria.
Demonstrated organizational skills within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Completes work with accuracy and within assigned time frames.
Requires minimal supervision and is self-directed.
Adheres to company infection control and safety policies, including education, reporting and practice implementation specific to job position.
Develops cooperation and collaborative work efforts that generally benefit all involved parties.
Demonstrates the initiative to meet the needs of the organization by assisting co-workers when workload permits.
Adheres to policies and procedures and is flexible to changes in duties and responsibilities.
Possesses strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/licensed vocational nurse, RN, specific to the state the employee is assigned to work.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
Reliable internet service and ability to work from home with minimal disruption to the workday.
Preferred
Home health or hospice intake experience.
Homecare home base experience.
