Project Manager- Implementation | Professional Services | US | Remote

We’re searching for a U.S.-based Project Manager to join our Project Management Office & Implementation Services team, so that we can deliver seamless customer implementations of RLDatix’s suite of healthcare technology products. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional project teams and manage enterprise-level software implementations to drive customer satisfaction and project excellence.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Oversee customer-facing implementations to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and exceeds quality standards
  • Direct Implementation Analysts and Technical Analysts in order to coordinate resources and maintain project momentum
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects to balance priorities across timelines, scope, and complexity
  • Build and maintain client relationships to set expectations, resolve escalations, and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Create and deliver status reports to keep internal teams and clients aligned throughout the project lifecycle
