We’re searching for a U.S.-based Project Manager to join our Project Management Office & Implementation Services team, so that we can deliver seamless customer implementations of RLDatix’s suite of healthcare technology products. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional project teams and manage enterprise-level software implementations to drive customer satisfaction and project excellence.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Oversee customer-facing implementations to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and exceeds quality standards
- Direct Implementation Analysts and Technical Analysts in order to coordinate resources and maintain project momentum
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to balance priorities across timelines, scope, and complexity
- Build and maintain client relationships to set expectations, resolve escalations, and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Create and deliver status reports to keep internal teams and clients aligned throughout the project lifecycle
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Experience in software implementation at a software company, ideally within healthcare technology
- Proven success in delivering enterprise software implementations and managing client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS, hosted, and web-based software environments
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 40% of the time
- Sincere interest in healthcare transformation and improving care operations through technology
- A knack for working collaboratively and confidently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
