HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing wellness tech company


We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can launch and optimize paid campaigns that drive growth across core channels. You’ll have full ownership of performance strategy, creative testing, and budget allocation across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.

Our client is a wellness tech startup on a mission to make mental fitness part of everyday life. With 70 team members and hundreds of thousands of users, the product combines audio sessions, coaching tools, and habit-building exercises to help people feel more in control of their mental state.


The Growth team is currently 6 people, with two focused on content and organic. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with design and brand regularly.


🎯 Role Description & Responsibilities

You’ll lead performance marketing efforts — owning everything from strategy to execution.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Create and iterate on ad creatives (with support from in-house designers)
  • Own testing strategy across platforms, audiences, formats, and messaging
  • Monitor performance, optimize ROAS and CAC, and scale winning campaigns
  • Collaborate with product and CRM teams to align acquisition and retention
  • Keep track of budgets and report learnings clearly and consistently


Tech stack & tools:

  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4
  • Notion, Slack, Looker Studio, Motion for creative feedback
