Design Manager

Parsons is an industry leader in successfully delivering complex, challenging, and high-profile design-build infrastructure projects.  Some of Parsons landmark projects include the I-405 Improvement Project in Orange County, California, New York City Transit’s East Side Access project in New York, the Gordie Howe International Bridge in Windsor, Ontario and the Purple Line Extension in Los Angeles, California.

Parsons is looking for a senior level Design Managers to join our team!  Currently with 13 design build projects underway in the East US and 20 pursuits you will have numerous opportunities to deliver signature projects across North America. There are opportunities in multiple locations with relocation or temporary assignment allowances available. You will provide direction and management for large scale road and highway projects and drive the marketing and pursuit strategy, scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project.

    • Manage a project or program valued over $1 billion in total installed cost

  • What Required Skills You’ll Bring

    • 4-year degree in Civil Engineering (or related)

    • 20 + years of related work experience

    • Registered Professional Engineer

    • Design/Build experience

    • Roadway design experience

    • Proven background of leading multidisciplinary teams on challenging, high-profile projects

    • Proven ability to work on project proposals to determine winning strategies

    • Strong business and commercial acumen

Salary Range: $186,800.00 - $357,100.00

This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
