Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical marketing., Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2 years in team management., Proficient in computer office software and has a certain level of English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing., Strong communication, coordination, and personnel management skills, with the ability to work under pressure..
Key responsabilities:
Achieve regional targets through coaching and daily management of representatives.
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and manage the marketing budget.
Ensure effective communication of company strategies through various regional meetings and support central marketing activities.
Maintain relationships with KOLs in the region and collaborate with regional market managers to execute marketing activities within budget.
