Job description

As a lead data analyst on the Commercial Lines Systems Insights team, you’ll manage and enhance data capabilities to work with transactional data related to policies in our core auto databases. You’ll collaborate with multiple business groups and customers, developing infrastructure and tools that enhance data collection and reporting. Additionally, you’ll handle ad hoc requests related to system performance, recovery events, and run-the-business reporting and implementing system-related projects.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Commercial Lines experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, along with SAS, R, or Python, and experience creating and maintaining Tableau or Power BI dashboards for data visualization.
  • Ability to learn multiple data sources quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, with proven experience driving projects forward and delegating work to others.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations to leadership and employee groups.

Compensation

  • $95,800 - $127,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
