Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Integration Leadership:  

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to seamlessly integrate diverse business units into Fullsteam's payment platform.

  • Optimize API integration, maintain PCI compliance, and drive IT best practices to enhance post-merger strategies.

Quality Standards and Alignment:

  • Oversee the integrator certification process, ensuring all integrations meet Fullsteam's quality standards and align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Align the technical aspects of integration with platform capabilities, promoting efficiency and excellence.

 Compliance and Data Security:

  • Play a pivotal role in upholding data security and ensuring robust PCI compliance throughout the integration process.

 Process Optimization:

  • Streamline integration processes for consistent and efficient outcomes, regularly updating projects and facilitating smoother post-merger strategies.

  • Adapts to changing priorities and business needs by willingly taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Must work the hours and location as assigned by management.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience (4+ years) in software/integration can substitute for a degree; an M.B.A. is a plus.

  • At least five (7) years of progressive experience demonstrating proficiency in REST & SOAP APIs, SQL Server, and Jira’s Service Project and utilizing Agile/Scrum software methodologies and tools.

  • Prior experience as a lead project engineer is preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of the payments industry, including Credit Card Ecosystem, Tokenization, Payments Processing, Digital Wallets, PCI-DSS, and more.
