What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Intern to join our Global Sales Organization (GSO) for the summer. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core areas of sales operations, enablement programs, and data-driven strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, and operations to help improve processes, support training initiatives, and drive sales effectiveness. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Support the creation and refinement of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, onboarding guides, and training resources.
  • Assist in the implementation and analysis of sales performance metrics, using tools and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to optimize CRM data accuracy and streamline sales processes.
  • Contribute to deal desk operations, including pricing reviews, contract support, and general sales enablement.
  • Assist with onboarding initiatives and learning programs for new hires within the sales team.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at increasing sales efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You’re familiar with (or eager to learn) CRM systems like Salesforce.

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.
