The Endpoint Analyst – EUC is responsible for managing and supporting end-user devices across Apple and Windows platforms. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of all endpoints within the organization’s environment.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical support and administration of Apple macOS, iOS, Windows 10/11 devices. 
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning. 
  • Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Intune and JAMF. 
  • Configure and enforce endpoint policies using Group Policy (GPO) and Intune configuration profiles. 
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on both Windows and Apple devices. 
  • Support application deployment, system imaging, and user profile management. 
  • Respond to service requests and incidents in line with defined SLAs. 
  • Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date support materials in the knowledge base. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives around device management and user experience. 

What you'll bring:

  •  2+ years of experience in a similar IT support or endpoint management role. 
  • Solid experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments. 
  • Strong understanding of MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, JAMF). 
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Entra ID. 
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as antivirus, encryption, and VPN. 
  • Basic PowerShell or shell scripting knowledge is a plus. 
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. 
  • Experience in working within ITIL or structured service delivery environments preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
