JOB DESCRIPTION

🚀 Opportunity for Agile Analyst – Global Project in Portugal 🌍

📍 Location: Remote

💼 Model: Contractor / Independent Consultant (PJ)

We are looking for an Agile Analyst to join a strategic Managed Services (MSS) project in the Digital Human Resources and SuccessFactors sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

✔ Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria for the continuous improvement of digital HR processes.

✔ Support agile development teams in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

✔ Monitor performance and optimize the use of SuccessFactors for processes such as compensation, onboarding, crossboarding, and succession.

✔ Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Previous experience as an Agile Analyst or Business Analyst.

✔ Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.

✔ Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills.

✔ Knowledge of SuccessFactors (mandatory).

✔ Desirable knowledge of SAS, SAP, and Salesforce.

✔ Fluent English.

💼 Nice to Have:

✔ Certification as an Agile Business Analyst or equivalent.

✔ Experience in digital transformation projects and integration of SuccessFactors systems.
