  • Payroll Execution: Handle regular payroll runs, double-checking calculations and applying any necessary adjustments before processing final payments.
  • International Bookkeeping Support: Collaborate with our accountants across Europe to support monthly bookkeeping tasks – including payables, receivables, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Budget & Cash Flow Assistance: Help develop and track budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, delivering timely financial data for decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Compile and prepare accurate financial statements and reports in line with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Financial Insights: Analyze financial data periodically, spot trends, and offer suggestions to improve overall financial performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized and secure records of all financial data and documentation.
  • Compliance: Stay informed on accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring everything we do is compliant and audit-ready.
  • Improving Processes: Proactively seek ways to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and elevate our financial operations.

πŸ“ What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in international bookkeeping and familiarity with global accounting standards.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, great organizational skills, and a reliable, deadline-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable preparing reports and analyzing financial data.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
  • Bonus points if you know Dutch payroll/accounting practices!
