We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Consultant with a focus on HRSD as part of the ServiceNow Suite. Responsibilities may include implementation of the HRSD solution, conducting workshops, executing technology assessments, knowledge transfer, etc. for clients. Our consultants collaborate with experienced project managers, analysts, designers, and clients to design, build, and deliver vital internal and external customer outcomes to help resolve the issues being faced by our clients. ServiceNow Consultants have a broad understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the service management context, related technologies and products, with some specialization in a few key areas. Over time these specialties may change due to industry transformation or a changing client profile. As such, our consultants have the opportunity to seek out hands-on experience with the latest applications and enhancements to the tool and then leverage this new experience and intelligence to collaborate with our clients to solve complex problems.
Windward is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD. This ServiceNow role is a great opportunity for candidates who has implementation experience with ServiceNow Human Resources Service Desk (HRSD)
Responsibilities include:
• Implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solution
• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the Windward methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles; including documentation, testing, and training.
• Innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.
• Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to Windward thought leadership.
