ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Senior Manager, Paid Search to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managing paid search campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads as well as a good grasp on how to structure campaigns to optimize performance based on each platform’s best practices. This role will be client-facing with direct client interaction. 

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the Philippines and must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.   

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

Client Collaboration: 

  • Partner with client service team members to understand client KPIs 
  • Present campaign performance and insights in a clear and actionable format (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports) directly to clients on assigned accounts 
  • Communicate with clients directly via email 

Campaign Management:  

  • Work closely with the US Paid Media team to understand client business objectives and campaign requirements to execute campaign setup and optimizations accordingly 
  • Regular monitoring of campaign budgets and spend pacing with subsequent optimization of channels with the goal of meeting campaign KPIs and exhaustion of budgets 
  • Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Accommodate and accomplish side projects/task assigned for team development from time to time
  • Keeping abreast of new developments from the various ad platforms actively used in digital media buying 

Strategic Planning:   

  • Collaborate on developing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies and other campaign plans  
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform campaign strategies and best practices to apply to campaigns 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising  
  • Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (exceeding $500K USD/month) 
  • In-depth, recent knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques

  • Familiarity with management tools such as Search Ads 360 
  • Certifications from Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Microsoft Ads
  • Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or languages 
  • Familiarity with lead gen or performance marketing for education or SaaS verticals 
  • Comfort working with global teams or in cross-functional agency models
