Job Description: 

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer located in Latam who can take ownership of both the front-end and back-end components of our AI-powered platform. You’ll play a key role in developing intuitive user interfaces and integrating with mission-critical backend APIs, including those for payments, smart access control systems, and platforms like Airbnb. Your work will directly impact the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our core products.

Responsibilities:   

• Design and build responsive, high-quality UIs using React.js or Next.js.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python (preferred) or Node.js.
• Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Airbnb, digital gate systems).
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with strong test coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams.
• Take architectural ownership and drive forward best practices in system design.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.

Technical skills: 

• Deep knowledge of React.js or Next.js.
• Strong backend expertise in Python.
• Knowledge about Node.js.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Booking/Airbnb).
• Proficiency in designing scalable software architecture.
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and testing practices.
• Experience with SMS services such as Twilio.

Soft skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively address challenges.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ownership and ability to work independently.

Bonus skills: 

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms,
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
