Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst – Audience Enablement to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving marketing performance by developing dynamic audiences, analyzing program effectiveness, and delivering actionable insights through data storytelling. Your expertise will help shape digital marketing strategies, optimize customer experiences, and identify growth opportunities across multiple channels.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Use Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
  • Create dynamic, query-driven audience segments for use in customer data platforms and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on online analytics and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing measurement plans and establish campaign success criteria.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define goals and expected outcomes for new initiatives.
  • Work with SMEs and tech teams to integrate diverse enterprise data sources into cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Recommend enhancements to digital platforms (web/app) based on data-driven performance insights.
  • Ensure all data use aligns with privacy laws and best practices, maintaining user trust and data integrity.


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of analytics experience, with a focus on marketing or customer data.
    • Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling business insights.
    • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
    • Experience with Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Omniture, and optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target).
  • Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational, presentation, and project management abilities.
