JOB SUMMARY
Livingston International seeks a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize processes across our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of process engineering principles, a proven record of accomplishment of improving efficiency and quality, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements and adherence to performance and quality standards.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Design and Improvement: Design, develop, and implement efficient processes, analyzing workflows, requirements, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste. This includes utilizing process simulation software to test and optimize production strategies.

Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products and processes meet required standards. Design testing methods for finished products and process capabilities. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance.

Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving: Perform root cause analysis on operating and related process flows, identifying root causes of malfunctions and recommending cost-effective solutions. Evaluate design proposals and implementation plans.

Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes, identify best practices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Process Improvement: Subject matter expert in process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma (Tool Kit, DMAIC or PDCA, and CAR), FMEA, and root cause analysis. Proven ability to leverage these tools to drive operational excellence and achieve significant results. Experience in process design and mapping using statistical analysis and industrial engineering toolkits.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Proficient in statistical analysis and root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.

Statistical Quality Control: In-depth knowledge of statistical process control and capability studies. Knowledge of conducting Gauge R&R studies.

Process Simulation: Ability to design and execute discrete process simulation and verify the results. Knowledge of creating value stream maps.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving strong outcomes in customer-facing situations
