What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for supplier relationships across specific business units.
  • Develop and implement supplier management policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.
  • Lead and support the full supplier lifecycle: sourcing, contract negotiations, onboarding, issue resolution, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Business, and Security teams to drive effective RF(x) processes, technical evaluations, and assessments.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to ensure contracts are robust covering SLAs, KPIs, legal terms, and escalation protocols.
  • Oversee end-to-end contract management including renewals, compliance tracking, and change control governance.
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics, financial stability, and service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Proactively manage supplier-related risks and disputes, facilitating resolutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with suppliers through regular check-ins and operational updates.
  • Organize and lead recurring business reviews and executive meetings, aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Support demand planning and monitor actual spending vs. forecasted budgets, highlighting any variances or overages early.
  • Ensure that supplier data is accurately captured, automated, and visualized through dashboards for better decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing supplier relationships within cloud and platform tech environments.
  • Proven success in establishing and operating supplier risk management programs.
  • Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation capabilities.
  • A blend of analytical thinking, strategic vision, and tactical execution.
  • Ability to interpret legal agreements and documentation including contracts, NDAs, and T&Cs.
  • A collaborative, team-first approach with a track record of enabling group success.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing cloud service vendors.
  • Knowledge of software, platform, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Background in vendor management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
