Horaires de travail : Du lundi au vendredi, entre 9h00 et 19h00, en roulement sur des shifts de 8 heures

Description du poste :
Nous recherchons un(e) conseiller(ère) service client parlant français pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique et engagée. Vous serez chargé(e) dassister les clients par téléphone, e-mail ou chat, tout en assurant un service de qualité et en maintenant un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Exigences :

• Maîtrise du français

• L'un des documents suivants est requis :

  • Citoyenneté européenne

  • Titre de séjour pour travail à but général ou spécifique

  • Certificat de protection (statut de réfugié)

Télétravail :

• Si vous vous relocalisez : télétravail basé à Athènes

• Si vous résidez déjà en Grèce : télétravail possible depuis nimporte où dans le pays

Package de relocalisation (pour les candidats venant de létranger) :

• 2 semaines dhébergement à lhôtel

• Billet davion (depuis un pays de lUE)

• Prise en charge à laéroport

• Frais dagence immobilière pris en charge

Job Overview:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French

• EU citizenship, or one of the following valid documents:

  • Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card

  • Certificate of Protection (refugee status)

Remote Work:

• If relocating: Remote work from Athens

• If already based in Greece: Remote work from anywhere in the country

Relocation Package (for candidates relocating to Greece):

• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

• Flight ticket (from within the EU)
