Compensation Range: $91,600-$130,000 PLUS BONUS 

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.  

Job Purpose

EnerSys has embarked on a journey to implement a best-in-class PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Solution across the organization. This is a significantly complex business transformation program. Some of the core modules have been implemented but still need acceleration to improve adoptability, simply our PLM landscape & implement new capabilities. The Global PLM Systems vision is to serve as a single source of truth for all Product Data and improve collaboration across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Program Leadership
a. Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of PLM strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
b. Serve as the primary point of contact for PLM programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams including PMO, Engineering, Quality, Procurement & Operations
Strategic Roadmap Development
a. Develop and maintain the PLM roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
b. Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure consistent progress toward strategic goals.
Project Oversight
a. Oversee multiple PLM projects, ensuring project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are effectively managed.
b. Ensure all projects adhere to defined project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum practices.
Budget Management
a. Develop and manage the PLM program budget, ensuring cost control for both internal and external expenses.
b. Regularly report financial metrics and variances to senior leadership.
Governance and Reporting
a. Establish governance frameworks for PLM initiatives, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and decision-making at all levels.
b. Lead and participate in governance meetings, providing updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.
Quality Assurance
a. Drive the development of high-quality features, user stories, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
b. Monitor the performance and outcomes of PLM systems and processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Agile/Scrum Facilitation
a. Ensure that all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) are conducted effectively.
b. Support Scrum teams by ensuring sufficient and prioritized backlogs are in place before sprint planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration
a. Foster strong partnerships with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to drive alignment and successful execution of PLM initiatives.
b. Act as a change agent to promote the adoption of new tools, processes, and systems across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a strong focus on PLM systems and processes.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Dassault Systems, etc.) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, Confluence).


PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP & Scrum master certification

Language Skills

  • Must be business proficient in reading & writing English.
  • Preferred language skills in French, German.


Computer Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project applications
  • Proficient in one of the scrum tools like Jira, Rally or Azure Dev Ops
