As an HR Generalist at Dwolla, youâll have the opportunity to work in every aspect of HR. This includes, but is not limited to, employee onboarding and offboarding, running payroll, benefits and FMLA administration, administering training and more! You can expect to spend about 80% of your time on administrative tasks (answering daily questions from employees, inputting data and running reports, etc) and about 20% of your time on project-based work (benefits open enrollment, annual performance review set-up and execution, audits, etc).
