Sword Heath is seeking a dynamic Strategy & Ops Associate to join the Growth Team, dedicated to helping individuals prevent and address pain and injury through innovative Digital Physical Therapy solutions;

As a marketing & growth specialist, you will play a crucial role in building a robust pipeline, managing and optimizing funnel conversion, enhancing the customer experience with our solutions, and driving engagement through effective marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing:
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage content for consumer-facing assets including social media posts, emails, direct mail, webinars, fliers, and more, ensuring consistency across platforms;
  • Campaign Execution: Implement and execute marketing strategies, manage campaign calendars, and update email and mailer reporting dashboards;
  • Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Design, Tech, Business Leaders and external vendors to create effective marketing campaigns and strengthen internal and external relationships;
  • Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to find the right messaging and optimize campaign performance;
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns on a weekly basis.

  • What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business;
  • 2-5 years of marketing & growth experience with a focus on customer acquisition & retention in a B2C/B2B2C environment;
  • Nice to have: B2C start-up/scale-up experience;
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Google Slides, design tools, and paid media/performance marketing;
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across different time zones.
